TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE AWARDS

This year, there will be 3 categories of scientific awards in BREASTANBUL.

Papers for the BREASTANBUL awards will be selected from the accepted “non-surgical” abstracts. The jury members will choose the best paper and the runner-up awards after carefully hearing the oral presentations at the Best Paper Session, which will be on 9 October 2026, in the afternoon at Hall B. The papers that will be presented at this special session will be selected from the submitted abstracts that are not surgery-related.

This year, for the first time, EUBREAST will give awards to the authors of 2 “surgery-related” oral presentations and a poster. The jury members will select oral presentations for the best paper and runner-up awards after hearing them at the special EUBREAST session, which will be on 10 October 2026, in the afternoon at Hall D. EUBREAST jury members will also select a “surgery-related” poster displayed during Breastanbul for the best poster award.

Pink Traces Society, which is a non-governmental organization from Turkiye, will give special P.I.N.K. awards to the oral presentations or posters on “clinical (both surgical and non-surgical)” and “nursing-related” issues separately. When choosing the papers, P.I.N.K. awards jury members will consider the papers in which authors studied patient quality of life and well-being for the awards. The jury will select the best and runner-up papers from all accepted abstracts, whether they are oral presentations or posters.

Each award category will have its own jury members, and all awards will be presented to the awardees during the closing ceremony on 10 October 2026 Saturday at 6:45 PM.
