Abstract Submission

Abstract submission will be open on October 1, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+3).

Abstract Submissions
All abstracts should be submitted electronically via the abstractModule submission system. Abstracts not submitted through the official abstract system will not be accepted, including those sent via e-mail or regular post. The abstracts submitted online shall be published without any corrections. Therefore, the authors should be careful to avoid any spelling or typo mistakes.

The last submission date is June 30, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+3).

* The results of the reviewers’ decisions for acceptance will be sent by 15 July.

* The deadline for registration payment is 31 August for abstract approval to be printed in the official conference journal.

* Abstracts not presented at the conference will not be included in the abstract book. 

*E-mails regarding the notifications for abstract review procedures will be sent to the corresponding author who is registered in the submission system. Please kindly check your spam folder if you fail to receive notifications in time.

Guidelines for Submission
1. The abstracts shall be submitted only via the online abstract system.
2. Names of the authors should not include their academic titles.
3. The names should be written with only the first letter in capital and the rest in small letters and without abbreviations.
4. The name and address of the institutions in which the author is employed should be stated.
5. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be in capital letters (Abbreviations excluded).
6. In case an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation should be explained in parentheses.
7. The purpose of the paper and the methods applied should be explained in brief, the findings should be summarized together with sufficient statistical details, and the conclusion should be stated within the framework of the findings presented.
8. Abstract should be organized in a way to include the titles of the objective, materials and methods, results, and conclusions.
9. The abstract length should not exceed 300 words, excluding the abstract title, name, and surname of the author.

• If you will use the online abstract module for the first time, select the “New User” link and register to the system.
• The explanations on the page after the registration procedure will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
• The submitted abstracts will be published without any corrections; therefore, the authors should be careful to avoid spelling and typo mistakes.
• Please keep the confirmation mail sent to your email address following the abstract submission.
• You can track the evaluation process of your abstract over the system by using your e-mail and password.

Abstract Review:
All abstracts and proceedings will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. In order to have an accepted abstract to be put in the program, registration of the presenting author to the conference is compulsory. An acceptance letter concerning the abstract review result will be emailed to the main/corresponding author.
