Registration & Accommodation

* If you have a SPECIAL REGISTRATION CODE, please fill out this online form.

• 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• Registration as “Assistant / Student” are required to submit documentation of student participants.
• Please note that for wire transfer to the congress official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the congress official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.
• In order for the congress and course registrations to take place, the payment must be made on the specified date and approved by the organization agency, based on the payment information given by contacting the organization agency.

* Congress registrants can attend one of the courses to be held on the first day free of charge, but for this, they must inform the organizing agency in advance which course they will register for.

Accommodation Fees

• The congress will be hosted at the WYNDHAM GRAND LEVENT. Other accommodation options will be announced as soon as possible. We have reserved the rooms for a limited time, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 10% VAT will be added to all accommodation fees. In case of a tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• The price difference for double room accommodation is €50 + VAT per night.
• “2 Nights Accommodation Package” include bed and breakfast between 8 and 10 October 2026.
• “3 Nights Accommodation Package” include bed and breakfast between 7 and 10 October 2026.
• *Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00(noon).

Transfer Fees

• 20% VAT will be added to all transfer fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• In case of a time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
• In order for your transfer to be organized properly, please inform the organization agency in writing of your flight ticket information at least 1 week before your transfer.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

– All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism (congress@devent.com.tr ).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before May 15th, 2026, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after May 15th, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.
